  • Use the platform to process personal data without proper consent and compliance with data privacy laws.

  • Use the platform on edge devices with sensors to perform unauthorized monitoring of individuals.

1.6 Network Abuse

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services, networks, or servers connected to the Services.

1.7 Geographic Restrictions

  • Use the Services where it's illegal or violates US embargoes/sanctions.

1.8 Mass Surveillance

  • Use the Services to construct mass surveillance systems.

1.9 Stalking

  • Use the Services to stalk or monitor individuals without their knowledge or consent.

1.10 Safety-Critical Infrastructure

  • Use the Services in safety-critical infrastructure where failure or malfunction could lead to loss of life or serious injury.

1.11 Misleading or Deceptive Activities

  • Failing to ensure that automated systems disclose to people that they are interacting with AI, unless it's obvious from the context

1.1 Discriminatory Practices

  • Use the platform in ways that result in discrimination or unfair treatment of individuals based on personal characteristics such as race, gender, ethnicity, or sexual orientation.

1.14 Automated Decision Making

  • Use the platform for making significant decisions affecting individuals without proper transparency and oversight.

2. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this Policy, you must immediately notify us at legal@gimletlabs.ai and provide us with assistance, as requested, to stop or remedy the violation.

3. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate any potential violation of this Policy and to take any action we deem appropriate, including but not limited to suspending or terminating your access to the Services, without notice, for any violation of this Policy.

4. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and provide notice as required by law. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed about our acceptable use standards.
