- Use the Services in safety-critical infrastructure where failure or malfunction could lead to loss of life or serious injury.

- Failing to ensure that automated systems disclose to people that they are interacting with AI, unless it's obvious from the context

- Use the platform in ways that result in discrimination or unfair treatment of individuals based on personal characteristics such as race, gender, ethnicity, or sexual orientation.

- Use the platform for making significant decisions affecting individuals without proper transparency and oversight.
2. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this Policy, you must immediately notify us at legal@gimletlabs.ai and provide us with assistance, as requested, to stop or remedy the violation.
3. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate any potential violation of this Policy and to take any action we deem appropriate, including but not limited to suspending or terminating your access to the Services, without notice, for any violation of this Policy.
