1. Introduction

Gimlet Labs, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same.
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), we have adopted this policy to respond to claims of copyright infringement on our website and services.

If you believe that material available through our platform infringes upon your copyright, please submit a written notice to our designated agent as outlined below.


2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a notice of infringement with us, you must provide a written communication that includes all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered by a single notification.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., URL or other specific location).
  4. Information reasonably sufficient to allow us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification.
Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notification.

Counter-notices should also be sent to our Designated DMCA Agent at the contact listed above.


5. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are repeat infringers.


6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
